After 30 years in the wine trade , she is currently a speaker amd host for wine eventscountrywide. Previous roles, including in the Secretariat of The International Wine & Food Society and past Secretary of the William Heptinstall Fund, led her to the food side of the the business.  She represents the Avery family, which is proud to have been involved with the Trust for many years.

 Simon Fooks

A Former Managing Director of Merchant Taylors' Catering Ltd, a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Cooks and a member of its Assistance of Cookery Committee and Charities Committee, a Liveryman of the Merchant Taylors' Company. He represents the Worshipful Company of Cooks.

Malcolm Gilbert

Former Treasurer of the Zurich Branch of The International Wine & Food Society. He has held senior management positions in Finance and Communications in the Insurance Sector, both small and large global companies based in the UK and Switzerland. 

John Nicholas FCA
 
A member of the Council of Management of The International Wine & Food Society, Past Chairman of IWFS Europe Africa Ltd, and holder of the André Simon Silver Medal. He held senior finance positions in multi-national companies in both the insurance and IT industries. He has lived in a number of different countries, and worked with businesses in many other countries.
 
John Williams, MBE
 
The Executive Chef of The Ritz Hotel and former Head Chef of Claridge's Hotel. Currently he is President of the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts.

The Chief Executive Officer for the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts (RACA), the UK's leading professional  membership association of head chefs, head pastry chefs, restaurant managers and associates. RACA provides education, inspiration, and aspiration through a variety of channels including the RACA apprenticeship programme, the Annual Awards of Excellence, the Adopt A School charity and the four-yearly Master of Culinary Arts competition
