He held senior finance positions in muti-national companies in both the insurance and IT industries. He has lived in a number of different countries, and worked with businesses in many other countries.
 
 
Chef, restaurateur, author and television personality. Currently he is Honorary President of the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts.
