Until recently Treasurer of the Manchester Branch of the IWFS  At one time she worked in the Government Affairs Department of AstraZeneca where one of her roles was to administer all aspects of the company's Student Elective Scheme. This scheme allowed medical students in their final years to apply for a grant to use towards their elective studies, often spent in another country to gain experience in a different environment.

John Nicholas FCA

Member of the Council of Management of The International Wine & Food Society, Chairman of IWFS Europe Africa Ltd, and holder of the André Simon Silver Medal. He held senior finance positions in muti-national companies in both the insurance and IT industries. He has lived in a number of different countries, and worked with businesses in many other countries.
 
 
Chef, restaurateur, author and television personality. Currently he is President of the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts.

John Valentine BSc(Eng), CEng

Former member of Council, and Secretary/Treasurer, of The International Wine & Food Society and member, and former Chairman, of its European & African Committee, and holder of the André Simon Gold Medal. As a Chemical Engineer he has lived and worked in a number of different countries. He has managed business acquisitions and their subsequent integration into a multi-national company. He has been Chairman of a range of pension and other trusts, and is currently a trustee director of the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts. 

John Williams, MBE

Executive Chef of The Ritz Hotel and former Head Chef of Claridge's Hotel. Currently he is Chairman of the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts.
