Chris Bonsall MA, LLM
Chris Bonsall is a Past Chairman of The International Wine & Food Society and is the immediate Past Chairman of its Wines Committee. Previously he was Chairman of its European & African Committee. He is a holder of the André Simon Gold Medal. While practicing as a lawyer in Hong Kong for 20 years, he organised and chaired what was then the most prestigious independent wine show in Asia known as Winpac between 1999 and 2003.
A long term member of The International Wine & Food Society, having played an active role in the London Branch for many years, and is a holder of the André Simon Bronze Medal. She is an enthusiastic amateur cook, with long standing passion for food and wine, who has obtained the WSET level 3 with merit.
Chef, restaurateur, author and television personality. Currently he is President of the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts.

John Valentine BSc(Eng), CEng
Former member of Council, and Secretary/Treasurer, of The International Wine & Food Society and member, and former Chairman, of its European & African Committee. He is a holder of the André Simon Gold Medal. He was, until recently, Chairman of a range of pension and other trusts, and is currently a trustee director of the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts.

Executive Chef of The Ritz Hotel and former Head Chef of Claridge's Hotel. Currently he is Executive Chairman of the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts.
